    I recommend using this for Mahi Mahi.

    List of Ingredients




    2 T butter
    2 crushed garlic cloves

    2 T teriyaki sauce
    2 t honey
    2 T lemon juice
    4 t (more or less if you like) sesame seeds, toasted

    Recipe



    Saute garlic in over medium heat approximately 3 minutes or until garlic is tender. Remove from heat and add Teriyaki, honey, sesame seeds and lemon juice.
    Heat 2 T butter over medium heat in skillet coated
    with cooking spray (to keep fish from sticking). Add fish and saute for approximately 4-5 min on either side flipping once, pouring marinade over fillets as they are cooking. Cover the skillet for the first side to 'steam' it a little and then keep the cover off for the next side. The Marinade is great warmed and served over the fish.
