Easy Braised Pork Chops
List of Ingredients
Pork Chops, trimmed of any fat
Small can Mushrooms, undrained
Garlic Powder
S & P
Chicken bouillon cube, opt.
Peeled, sliced Potatoes, opt.
Sliced onions, opt.
Recipe
Season chops with garlic powder and pepper. Salt skillet and heat to very hot. Sear chops on both sides.
Add mushrooms and bouillon cube, if using. Scrape up any brownings from pan. Top with potatoes and onions, if desired.
Cover and simmer until chops are tender, about 45 minutes. Good served with buttered, parslied noodles or rice (if not using the potatoes) and a veggie.
