Roast Pork*
List of Ingredients
Pork Roast, any weight
Olive Oil
Italian Seasonings such as Oregano and Basil
Poultry Seasoning
Red and Black Pepper
Celery, cut up
Carrots, cut up
Onion, cut up
Chicken Broth
White Wine
Recipe
Wash roast and pat dry.
Coat lightly with olive oil. Season with herbs, poultry seasoning and peppers.
Layer vegetables in roasting pan; place roast on top and roast in slow oven (325*) basting every 20 minutes or so with chicken broth and a little white wine.
Note:
Sometimes I cut small slits in the roast and insert slivers of fresh garlic.
