Pork Chops, Pan Fried
List of Ingredients
1/2 C Flour
1/4 C Cornstarch
1/2 t Garlic Salt
Pepper, to taste
4 Center cut Pork Loin Rib Chops (about 3/4" thick)
Vegetable Oil
Recipe
Mix Flour, Cornstarch and Garlic Salt in a medium bowl. Season Chops with Pepper, then dredge in Flour mixture (do not shake off excess).
Pour enough Vegetable Oil in a large, heavy skillet to reach the depth of 1".
Heat Oil to 350*.
Fry Chops in Oil until golden brown and cooked through, about 5 minutes per side.
