Pork Chops with Balsamic Vinegar
List of Ingredients
2 (1 1/2 inch thick) boneless center Pork Loin Chops
1 1/2 t Lemon Pepper
1/2 t Olive oil
2 T Chicken broth
3 T Balsamic Vinegar
Recipe
Pat Chops to dry. Coat with Lemon Pepper. Heat Oil in large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add Chops and brown for 8 minutes; turn and cook another 7 minutes. Remove Chops from pan and keep warm. Add Broth and Vinegar to skillet and cook, stirring constantly until thickened (about 1-2 minutes). Spoon Sauce over Chops and serve.
