Chinese Sesame Balls
List of Ingredients
1/2 pound sweet potato, sliced thin
1/2 pound glutinous rice powder
200 grams white sugar (approx. 7 oz.)
sesame seeds
Recipe
Slice potato thinly and boil in little water. Mash when cooked.
Cool sweet potato. When cool mix with glutinous rice powder and
sugar. Form into small balls and coat with sesame seeds. Deep
fry in low heat and serve hot.
Makes about 30 balls.
