1 C Olive Oil
2 T Balsamic Vinegar
1 T fresh chopped Basil & Parsley
1 T dried Oregano
2 large Garlic cloves smashed and minced
1/2 t Salt
1 t Pepper
1 - 1 T Sun Dried Tomatoes, chopped

Mix all and let sit for an hour or two so all the flavors meld.
