Pico de Gallo
List of Ingredients
4 - 6 ripe tomatoes, seeded and finely chopped
1 medium onion, finely chopped
2 - 4 cloves garlic, finely chopped
1/4 C chopped cilantro
1 T fresh lime juice
Chopped, seeded jalapeno pepper to taste
Salt and freshly ground pepper to taste
Recipe
Combine all ingredients in a serving bowl and serve chilled or at room temperature. Serve with tortilla chips.
Makes 2 to 3 cups.
