To Roast Pumpkin Seeds

Save the seeds from your pumpkin and separate them from as much
of the stringy pulp as you can. Wash seeds in a colander.
Toss the seeds in a bowl with one tablespoon oil per cup of seeds.
Add about a half teaspoon of salt per cup. (Not too much, you can always add more if you must when they're roasted.)
Spread the oiled seeds on a cookie sheet and bake in an oven set at 250 degrees for an hour or so.
