1 # Linguine
5 cloves Garlic, minced (or 5 teaspoons jarred)
1/4 t crushed Red Pepper
1/4 to 1/3 C extra-virgin Olive Oil
5 Anchovy Fillets, drained
Few sprinkles Parsley
Recipe
Cook pasta until al dente.
Meanwhile, in a large skillet over medium heat, saute garlic and red pepper
in olive oil for 1 minute. Add anchovies and stir until they dissolve (we
mashed them with a wooden spoon while stirring). Lower heat to simmer until
pasta is ready.
When pasta is done, drain and add to the skillet. Stir well and add parsley
and black pepper, if desired.
Serves 4.
