    Mini Ravioletti with Tomato Cream Sauce

    List of Ingredients




    1 lb. cooked ravioletti (or tortellini)
    1/4 cup chopped fresh garlic
    1/4 cup olive oil
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. coarse pepper
    2 cups diced plum tomatoes
    1/2 fresh chopped basil
    1 cup heavy cream



    Recipe





    Saute garlic in olive oil about five minutes or until garlic is tender and sweet. Add cooked pasta to heat. Add salt and pepper, tomato and cook on medium heat for five minutes. Add cream and basil. Simmer 5 to 10 minutes until the liquid thickens. Serve immediately.
