Butter Horns
List of Ingredients
2 sticks butter
12 oz. cottage cheese
2 C flour
dash of salt
Frosting:
2 C. powdered sugar
2 T. butter
1/2 t. vanilla
2 T. milk
Recipe
Cream butter and cottage cheese. Add flour and salt. Refrigerate 4 hours or over night. Divide dough into three parts. Roll each part in a circle on floured board. (Use as much flour as needed so it won't stick to the rolling pin.) Cut circle in 12 wedges. Roll starting the roll at the wide end and rolling to a point. (They will look like little crescent rolls.) Place on greased baking sheet and bake 30 to 40 minutes at 350 degrees. Cool and frost.
