Cheese Slices*

List of Ingredients

2 (8 oz.)Pkgs Cream Cheese
2 (8 oz) pkgs Crescent Rolls
1/2 cup Sugar
1/4 t. Vanilla
1/4 t. Lemon Juice
Egg wash of Egg Yolk




Recipe

Spread 1 pkg crescents in bottom of 9x13 pan, pinching seems to close. Mix all other ingredients and spread on crescent layer. Spread 2nd pkg crescent rolls over cheese. Brush with egg yolk, if desired, for a glossy finish. Bake 30 min. @ 325 deg. Refrigerate before slicing. Can be sprinkled with brown sugar and cinnamon and chopped nuts before baking, or can be sprinkled with confectioner's sugar after baked and cooled.
