10 frozen white dinner rolls
vegetable oil for deep frying
1/2 C sugar
1 T ground cinnamon
3T butter, melted
Recipe
Thaw dough at room temperature for about 2 hours or until soft and pliable.
Heat oil in electric skillet or deep fryer to 375°. Combine the cinnamon
and sugar in a small bowl and set aside. Stretch each piece of dough into a
flat ear shape. Fry a few at a time for 1 to 1-1/2 minutes per side or until
browned Drain on paper towels. Brush with butter and sprinkle with the sugar
mixture.
Makes 10 servings.
