    Apple Cranberry Pie

    Pair with Orange Pie Crust (listed under pie crusts)

    List of Ingredients




    1 C cranberries
    3 C sliced peeled apples
    1 C sugar
    2 T flour
    1/8 t salt
    2 T butter






    Recipe



    Combine cranberries, apples, sugar, flour and salt.
    Mix well. Pour into pastry lined pie pan. Cover with top crust. Cut vents in top.
    Bake @ 400 degrees for 50 minutes or until apples are tender.
