    Charlie's Rhubarb Cream Pie

    List of Ingredients




    6 C Rhubarb, cut in 1" pieces
    3 3/4 C Sugar
    7 T Flour
    3 C Half and Half (light cream)
    3 T Butter
    Prepared unbaked 9" pie shell

    Recipe



    Combine all ingredients and pour into unbaked pie shell.
    Bake 1 hour 15 minutes @ 350*.
