    Grape-Nut Pie

    List of Ingredients




    1/2 C Grapenuts cereal
    1/2 C warm water
    3 eggs, well beaten
    3/4 C sugar
    1 C dark corn syrup
    Pinch salt
    1 t vanilla
    3 T Butter, melted
    1 unbaked pie shell, 9"

    Recipe



    Combine grapenuts and warm water. Let stand until water is absorbed.
    Combine beaten eggs with all other ingredients except pie shell.
    Fold in grapenuts. Spoon into pie shell. Bake at 350* for 50 minutes.
