1 cup sugar
4 eggs
1/2 cup flour
2 cups milk
2 tsp vanilla
1/2 stick margerine
1 cup coconut
Recipe
Put all ingredients in blender. Blend at high speed as you slowly count to six. Batter should be smooth. Pour into a 10" greased pan. Bake @ 350* for 40 to 50 minutes.
No crust needed.
