1/2 C Maple Sugar
1/2 C Brown Sugar
2 T Flour
One (8") Pie Shell, unbaked
1/3 C Whipping Cream (Heavy Cream)
Recipe
Preheat oven to 350° F.
Mix maple sugar, brown sugar, and flour. Sprinkle evenly over pie shell. Pour cream over sugar mixture. Bake at 350 °F until pastry is golden brown (35 to 40 min). Serve warm.
