1 pkg rapid rise yeast
3 C flour (not bread flour)
1 C hot water (120 - 130 f.)
1/2 t salt
Recipe
Add water to yeast. Mix yeast & water and 1 cup of the flour. Mix well. Add remaining flour and salt. Mix well. Knead until elastic.
Pat dough, to 8" circle, roll to fit pan which has been prepped with olive oil & corn meal. Add sauce and desired toppings. Bake in pre-heated 500 degree oven 15 - 20 minutes.
