1 med Onion in rings
1 small crushed Garlic Clove
2 T Olive Oil
¾ C fresh Parsley
Salt
Pepper
1 Chicken Bouillon Cube
1 C Water
6 med peeled and sliced Potatoes
Recipe
Saute onion and garlic in olive oil. Stir in parsley, salt, pepper, bouillon, water. Layer the sliced potatoes in broth. Bring to a boil, simmer until done.
