So basic and so easy, yet tastes like you fussed.

List of Ingredients

Canned Yams or cooked Sweet Potatoes, drained
Butter
Rum Extract
Brown Sugar


Recipe

Place drained yams or cut up cooked sweet potatoes in a buttered casserole.
Spinkle sparingly with rum extract and brown sugar. Dot with butter.
Bake until brown sugar and butter have melted and made a syrup.
