1/4 C Flour
1/4 c. Parmesan Cheese

1/3 C Margarine

Cut peeled potatoes into quarters. Combine flour, cheese & seasonings in a plastic bag. Moisten potatoes with water and shake a few at a time in the bag to coat. Melt margarine in 13 x 9" pan and place potatoes in single
layer. Bake at 375F for 1 hour, turning once.
