List of Ingredients
4 large Potatoes, peeled and cut into large pieces
4 T Butter
3/4 C (or more) Milk
Salt and white pepper to taste
1 1/4 T Horseradish (prepared)
Recipe
Place the peeled and cut potatoes in a large saucepan and cover with water. Cook until soft. Drain and place in a mixer bowl. Add the butter and half the milk. Whip on low. Gradually add milk and increase the mixer speed until smooth. Add the horseradish and blend in. Check the seasonings.
Serve warm.
