1 Envelope Dry Onion Soup mix
2 # potatoes, peeled and cut into large chunks
1/3 C olive or vegetable oil



Recipe

Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
In large plastic zip bag or bowl, add all ingredients. Close bag and shake, or toss in bowl, until all potatoes are coated. Place potatoes in baking dish and bake uncovered stirring occasionally, for 40 minutes, or until potatoes are tender and golden brown. Garnish with parsley if desired.
