Supreme Sweet Potatoes

List of Ingredients

6 c sweet potatoes, cooked, peeled and mashed
2 eggs, beaten
1/ c milk
3/4 c sugar
1 t vanilla
1/2 c butter or margarine, softened
1 c brown sugar, packed
1/2 c flour
1/3 c butter, melted


Recipe

Beat together sweet potatoes and eggs. Add milk, sugar,
vanilla and the 1/2 cup butter. Spoon into a baking dish,
and set aside. Mix together the brown sugar, flour and the
1/3 cup melted butter until crumbly and sprinkle over top
of potatoes. Bake at 350 degrees F for about 25 minutes.
