    4 oz ground Chicken
    1 T dry Bread Crumbs or Cracker Crumbs
    1 T grated peeled Apple
    1 T grated Onion
    1 T Water
    ½ t chopped fresh Rosemary (or pinch of dried)
    ½ t prepared Horseradish
    pinch each Salt and Pepper

    Recipe



    In small bowl, mix together ALL ingredients. Shape into ½" thick patty. Place under broiler and broil for about 4 minutes per side or until juices run clear when patty is pierced.
    Serves 1.
