Buttermilk Chicken Breasts

4 Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts
Fresh Buttermilk
Seasoned Breadcrumbs
Oil for fryingRecipe
Flatten Chicken Breasts to about 1/4 inch thick. Soak in Buttermilk for 5 minutes and roll in Bread Crumbs. Add a little oil (abt 2 T) to skillet and fry until golden brown on each side.
This is an easy and quick supper idea paired with microwave Baked Potatoes and a Veggie. Or, slice fried Breasts diagonally and serve over a crisp Salad with sliced Tomatoes, Black Olives and Marinated Artichoke Hearts.
