    Champagne Chicken

    List of Ingredients




    2 t Flour
    2 T Margarine
    1/2 t Salt
    3/4 C Champagne
    Dash Pepper
    1/2 C Heavy Cream
    4 Skinless and boneless Chicken Breasts
    Dried or fresh Parsley, opt.

    Recipe



    Combine flour, s & p. Lightly dredge chicken breasts in flour and saute in melted margarine in a skillet, about 4 minutes each side. Remove from pan.
    Reduce heat, add champagne and cream and cook over low heat until thickened. Return chicken to pan and cook until thoroughly heated.
    Sprinkle with parsley, if desired, and serve.
