Chicken Stuffed Portobellos

List of Ingredients
4 Portobello mushrooms
Stems from 4 Portobellos, finely chopped
Meat from 1/2 chicken breast, finely chopped
1/2 red bell pepper, finely chopped
1/2 C Italian seasoned bread crumbs
1/4 t garlic powder
1/2 med. onion, finely chopped
1 t Worcestershire sauce
1/3 C cheddar cheese, grated
3 T Parmesan cheese
2 T olive oil
4 pats butter

Recipe
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Brush mushrooms with dry brush to remove
dirt. Spray a cookie sheet with vegetable spray.
Place mushroom caps, tops down on cookie sheet. Pull off and chop stems.
In a large bowl put in chicken, stems, pepper, crumbs, onion, garlic powder,
Worcestershire sauce, cheddar cheese & Parmesan. Mix well. Mound mixture on
caps. Drizzle olive oil on each one. Place 1 pat of butter in center of each
mound. Bake for 20 minutes.
