Chicken Supreme
List of Ingredients
1 Chicken quartered, or 8 legs or thighs
10 cloves Garlic (diced)
10 oz. sliced fresh Mushrooms
1/4 C Oil
1/4 C Soy sauce
4 T diced fresh Parsley
1/4 t Thyme
Recipe
Pour oil, and soy sauce into a large lasagna pan. Place chicken in pan and turn over several times. Place pan into preheated 450* oven. Add mushrooms, parsley, garlic, thyme. Mix up well. bake for about an hour, turning chicken every 10 minutes. Remove from oven, and let stand for about 10 minutes. Serve over rice. This dish can be prepared with or with out the skin.
