Garlic Fried Chicken
List of Ingredients
Chicken Breasts or Legs
Salt to taste, about 1 t
Freshly ground Pepper to taste, about 1 t
Garlic Powder to taste, about 1 t
2 C Flour
Enough vegetable Oil to cover the bottom of skillet
Recipe
Sprinkle each piece of chicken with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Place in plastic bag with flour; shake bag until chicken is well-coated. Heat oil in skillet to 400 degrees, or until small bubbles rise up. Fry chicken until richly browned on both sides, a total of about 45 minutes. Remove pieces; drain on absorbent toweling.
