Lemon Baked Chicken

1/2 C lemon juice or 4 lemons
1/4 C flour
Salt and pepper to taste
12 oz. chicken breasts
Recipe
Marinate chicken breast in lemon juice. Refrigerate for at
least 1 hour or overnight. Heat oven to 350 degrees. Spray pan with cooking spray. Combine flour, salt and pepper. Roll chicken pieces in the flour mixture. Put chicken
pieces in pan and cook until brown, 50 to 55 minutes. Serve with cooked rice or noodles.
