    Saucy French Chicken

    List of Ingredients




    4 boneless/skinless chicken breasts
    8 oz. sour cream
    1 can Cream of Chicken Soup or Cream of Mushroom or Cream of Chicken Mushroom
    1/4 C cooking sherry
    8 oz can mushrooms, drained
    Freshly ground pepper to taste

    Recipe



    Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Wash and pat dry chicken and place in baking dish. In separate bowl mix remaining ingredients and pour over chicken. Place in oven and cook for one hour. Serve with egg noodles or rice.
    Note: If you double the recipe do NOT double the sherry. Use 1/3 cup instead. It becomes too watery when using 1/2 cup of sherry! Prep time: 5 min. Bake time: 60
    min.
    Broccoli goes well with this.
