Soy-Lemon Chicken
List of Ingredients
6 Chicken Breast Halves
1/2 C Soy Sauce
1/2 C Fresh Lemon Juice
1 T Sesame Oil
Toasted Sesame Seeds
Thinly sliced Spring Onions (Scallions)Recipe
Place Chicken, skin side up in a 9x13 pan. Pour Soy Sauce and Lemon Juice over Chicken. Drizzle Chicken with Sesame Oil. Marinate Chicken in refrigerator 1-2 hours.
Preheat oven to 350*. Cover Chicken and bake 35 minutes. Uncover and bake 15 minutes longer. Transfer to platter and garnish with Sesame Seeds and Spring Onions. Serve with Steamed or Fried Rice.
