This can also be prepared in a crockpot on LOW all day.
List of Ingredients
1/2 C Vinegar
1/2 C Soy Sauce
1 clove Garlic, minced fine
Dash of freshly ground Black Pepper
1 (2-3 #) Chicken, skinned and cut into serving pieces
Recipe
Put vinegar, soy sauce, garlic and pepper in skillet. Add chicken; let marinate together at least 30 minutes. Heat to boil on top of stove.
Cover skillet; lower heat. Simmer about 40 minutes. Liquid will be absorbed into chicken. Serve hot or cold.
