Pickled Garlic with Olives
List of Ingredients
Peeled Garlic Cloves
Manzanilla Olives
White Vinegar
Olive Oil
Pinch of Oregano, if desiredRecipe
Cover desired amount of peeled garlic cloves with vinegar and soak the cloves for 12 to 24 hours.
Drain off the vinegar. (It can be reused as garlic-flavored vinegar.)
In a bowl, combine the garlic cloves with Manzanilla olives and coat with a good quality olive oil. Add oregano if desired. Transfer to a glass jar, keep refrigerated, and use it within 3 months
