1 C Raw long-grain Rice
2 1/4 C Water
2-3 T. Dry Onion or Vegetable Soup Mix
1/4 t Salt
2 C Mixed Vegetables
Recipe
In a saucepan, combine rice, water, soup mix and salt; bring to a boil. Add vegetables and return to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 15 minutes.
Cook until rice and vegetables are tender.
Makes 4-6 servings.
