1 C (1 part) rice
2 C (2 parts) water or Chicken Broth
Recipe
Place in 4-cup Pyrex dish (or something that fits in Microwave).
Cook 15 minutes on 60% power (preferably on a CAROUSEL turntable)
Stir.
Cover with PLASTIC WRAP (poke a few fork holes).
Cook 4 minutes longer on 60% power.
Note: You may want to experiment with your microwave. If I cook...let's say 4 cups of rice, it may take 20 minutes. I find that more than 60% power causes boil over.
