Shrimp Fried Rice

List of Ingredients
1/2 C shrimp, chopped
1/2 C green onions, chopped
1 C celery, chopped
4 C cooked rice
1 egg, well beaten
2 T vegetable oil
1 T Sesame Oil
3 T soy sauce
1/2 C frozen peas, opt.
Recipe
Saute shrimp, celery and green onions in oils until vegetables are soft and shrimp are pink. Add soy sauce and stir in cooked rice. Cook over low heat until rice is hot, stirring occasionally. Add the egg and stir well. Cook five minutes and serve.
Serves 6 or 8.
Add peas when you add egg, if desired.
