3 T roasted sesame oil
2 T soy sauce
2 T brown sugar
1 T rice wine vinegar or lime juice
1 t freshly grated ginger
1 - 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
2 scallions (spring onions), green and white parts,
finely chopped
Fresh salad greens
Recipe
Whisk together the sesame oil, soy sauce, brown sugar, vinegar, ginger, and garlic. Add the chopped scallions and toss with the salad greens.
Serves 4 to 6.
