Octopus Salad

2 tins octopus
1 stalks celery, medium diced
1 lemon, juiced
1/2 C Spanish (green) pitted olives, halved
1 clove garlic, minced
1/4 red onion, medium diced
1 t parsley, chopped
1/2 t oregano
Olive oil
Salt and freshly ground pepper, to taste
Recipe
In a large mixing bowl, add celery, juice from the lemons, olives, garlic, onion, parsley, oregano and drizzle with olive oil. Mix well and season salad with salt and pepper. Remove from mixing bowl and serve at room temperature.
