    Another favorite of mine.

    List of Ingredients




    2 cans whole Beets
    1 C Beet Juice
    1 C white Vinegar
    1 C Sugar

    Recipe



    Put all ingredients into an enamel saucepan and bring to a boil. Allow to cool. Transfer to a jar or other container and keep refrigerated.
    At serving time, add slivered fresh onion.
