Great for picnics, because you don't have to worry about mayonnaise etc.
List of Ingredients
Several large fresh tomatoes, chopped
2 large sweet onions, chopped
2 or more cucumbers, peeled and chopped
1 bottle of Italian dressing (or use your own)
Salt and Pepper, to taste
Garlic Powder, to taste
Recipe
Place vegetables in bowl, add dressing, a little at a time, and mix until all are well coated. Season to taste. Cover and refrigerate at least 3-4 hr. before serving. This can be refrigerated longer.
