8 slices of bacon
4 slices sandwich bread
soft butter
4 slices of Gruyere
2 tomatoes
4 eggs


Recipe



Cook the bacon until it becomes slightly crispy.
Toast the bread, until golden.
Spread toast with butter.
Place the cheese on bread and broil to melt the cheese.
Add few slices of tomatoes, add bacon and bake for 5 minutes.
Meanwhile, pan-fry the eggs one at the time.
Serve immediately with the eggs on the top of the Croques.
