    Stuffed Croissants

    List of Ingredients




    1 # Mild Italian Sausage
    4 oz Cream Cheese
    Salt and Pepper to taste
    4 baked large Croissants

    Recipe



    Squeeze Sausage from casings into a skillet (do not use extra oil). Add Onions and sauté until cooked. Add Salt and Pepper and Cream Cheese. This can be made the night before and re-heated prior to serving.
    When ready to serve, heat stuffing in microwave and serve on sliced croissants accompanied by scrambled eggs.
    Good Sunday Brunch food.
