    Tortilla Roll Ups

    List of Ingredients




    1 package of 10 large flour tortillas
    3 (8 oz each) blocks cream cheese
    1 package Hidden Valley Ranch Dip OR
    1 package Knorr Garden Vegetable Dip
    1 larger package of sliced salami

    Recipe



    Soften the cream cheese and thoroughly blend the dip mix into it.
    Take one flour tortilla and spread a liberal amount of the cream
    cheese/dip mixture over it. Place salami pieces over the face of the
    covered tortilla, and then roll up fairly tightly. Set aside, on a
    piece of wax paper. Continue spreading and rolling until you've run
    out of cream cheese mixture. Wrap the wax paper around the tortilla
    rolls, and place inside a plastic bag. Refrigerate for a couple of
    hours or overnight. When ready to serve,
    take the tortilla rolls out and cut into 1/2 inch rounds. Place these
    on a serving tray.
    [Note: If you're not going to be serving these right away, wrap the serving tray in plastic and
    store in the refrigerator. They're best when the cream cheese mixture is cool and firm.]
