Turkey Wraps
List of Ingredients
1 container (7 oz) prepared hummus
3 9-10" flour tortillas
8 oz thinly sliced cooked peppered turkey
breast
6 romaine lettuce leaves, ribs removed
3 small tomatoes, thinly sliced
3 thin slices red onion, separated into rings.
Recipe
Spread hummus evenly over tortillas. Layer turkey breast, romaine, tomatoes, and red onion on top of each tortilla. Roll up each tortilla into a spiral.
Cut each tortilla in half, securing with wooden toothpicks, if necessary.
Wrap with plastic wrap. Chill for up to 4 hours.
Makes 6 servings.
