Fresh Tomato, Basil & Ricotta Sauce
List of Ingredients
3 C chopped Ripe Tomatoes
1/2 C chopped Fresh Basil
2 T minced Red Onion
1 clove Garlic, crushed
1 C Ricotta Cheese
1/4 C Olive Oil
Salt and Freshly Ground Pepper
Recipe
Combine the tomatoes, basil, onion, and garlic. Stir in the ricotta, oil, and salt and pepper to taste. Toss with hot pasta
and serve at once.
Use with 1 pound pasta, such as rotelle, ziti, penne, fusilli.
