Lemon Dill Sauce
List of Ingredients
1/4 C Butter
1/4 C Flour
1/2 t Dry Dill weed
1/4 t Salt
2 C Chicken Broth
1/4 t Grated Lemon Rind
1 T Lemon Juice
Recipe
Melt Butter; work in Flour, Dill and Salt; whisk in Chicken Broth.
Bring to boil, stir until thickened.
Add Lemon Rind and Juice.
Serve over Vegetables, Veal, Chicken or Fish.
Truly a versatile Sauce.
